5'7 about 178lbs. the large was perfect size. Did not shrink after washing. the shirt is still really soft. I only wash it with other whites with a DASH of bleach to keep it crispy white.

This is a really good quality shirt wow. I’m usually a M I got a xs  if they had a xxs it still would’ve been oversized

Great fit. If you want it to fit a little tighter, I recommend sizing down since it is a very oversized shirt.
