Love this so much!! It's so cuteee. Although the only down side is that it's not that warm so if it's a 2C the Hoodie won't really help you feel warm. But it is lovely! It's pretty baggy/loose which is what I love about it. You can just get your usual size or size up a bit but not too much unless it'll be way too big since the sleeves are pretty long. My measurements are also correct and up to date!
