im 5'8 tall, 180 lbs, 38G or 38DD and i got a size  MEDIUM. i normally wear large but i wanted it to be tighter but i recommend getting your size, i should have gotten a LARGE. it still fits but not as long as i would have liked it to be and the image stretches out etc you know if you are top heavy what i mean. just get your size. aside from that its a cute tank top.
